About us

We are operating "Mama Dobi" by provides laundry services at Taman Universiti, Parit Raja since August 2009. Mama Dobi was founded by Puan Shida who also the owner of the laundry shop until now. Start from early year 2009, Puan Shida was plan to operate Mama Dobi at Taman Universiti because she found that there are near to university's student hostels and the students there need laundry services. Besides that, she also found the housewives in the area also need the laundry services. So, Puan Shida had decided to open a laundry shop and the Mama Dobi had become the first laundry shop in the area of Taman Universiti.

We are providing laundry services such as wash & dry, hand wash, ironing and dry cleaning. To ensure the laundry services can meet the custumers' need and satisfaction, Puan Shida had place 2 washing machines which have 7 kg and 14 kg capacity and 1 drying machine with 7 kg capacity. We are also using high quality washing powder and softener detergent which directly supplied from nearby factory. In order to provide effective services, Our shop had employs two workers who are Miss Azreen and Miss Syah to assist Puan Shida to operate the shop.

There are some ways of procedure to maintain the company's equipment to make them can work smoothly for long time. We are checking the equipments' capability and do the immediate minor repair every months. We are also request maintenance from the equipment supplier to make sure the equipments can continuous function well every year.

Our business hour is from 10 a.m to 9 p.m every day except public holiday. After customers send their clothes at our shop, we confirm that the customer can get back their clothes in 3 days duration. We had set the price for the customers depend on the types of clothes, the clothes quantity(kg) and the types of the laundry services that chosen by the customers.

We are use different channels or methods to promote our Mama Dobi laundry services. Our promotion packages are advertised in newspaper. Other than that, we printed the promotion package in banner and poster which are hang nearby and inside Taman Universiti. Furthermore, we distribute promotion flyers to students who are stay in university's hostels and residents in Parit Raja. By that, we hope that our promotion channels can help us to attract potential customers.
